Veteran American actor and filmmaker Alfredo James “Al” Pacino is all set to become a dad for the fourth time. The Godfather star’s 29-year-old girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, is reportedly eight months pregnant. Pacino’s representative also confirmed the news to PEOPLE. The two have been linked since April 2022, when they were spotted grabbing dinner together, sparking romance rumors. The baby is expected to arrive this fall.
The New York native, who is known for his work in movies like Heat, The Irishman, and The Godfather trilogy, already has a daughter named Julie Marie, 33, from ex-girlfriend acting coach Jan Tarrant as well as 22-year-old twins, Anton James and Olivia Rose, from Entourage actress Beverly D’Angelo. In a 2014 interview, the Oscar winner opened up about his responsibility towards his children and how he finds fulfillment by being part of their lives. “It takes you out of yourself. It’s like a gestalt, the whole thing,” he said.
Despite the significant age difference between Alfallah and Pacino, sources have claimed that it doesn’t seem to be an issue for them. The Kuwaiti-American filmmaker is used to dating affluent older men and hails from a wealthy jet-set circle. She is also a producer who has worked on films like Billy Knight, Little Death, and Brosa Nostra.
According to TMZ, the couple dated secretly since the beginning of the pandemic and only decided to make their relationship public after they were spotted on multiple occasions out and about in Los Angeles. Pacino’s rep also added that they are “overjoyed” to share the good news of their pregnancy with fans and well-wishers.
A spokesman for Alfallah was not immediately available to comment on the news of her pregnancy. Alfallah is a graduate of the UCLA School of Film and Television and is best known for her work in the film industry. She has also starred in several TV shows, including The OC and CSI: Miami.
The 82-year-old is not the only celebrity with a late-in-life baby, as Hollywood icon Robert De Niro recently became a father at 79. He and his long-time girlfriend, Tiffany Chen, welcomed their first child, a daughter, earlier this month.
